2. Application and Selection Process
All puppies are placed exclusively through a waitlist.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, reservation, or puppy availability.
Florida Schnauzer Melo reserves the absolute and exclusive right to approve, deny, or discontinue any application at any time, without obligation to provide justification, always prioritizing the well being of the puppies.
3. Nature of the Program
Florida Schnauzer Melo does not operate as a store, pet shop, or animal reseller.
The services provided consist of a responsible breeding program with careful family selection and ethical puppy placement.
No information presented on this website constitutes a binding commercial offer.
4. Contract
All puppy placements are formalized exclusively through a written contract signed by both parties.
No reservation, promise, guarantee, or commitment is valid without a fully executed contract.
In the event of any discrepancy between verbal communication, messages, website content, and the written contract, the contract shall always prevail.
5. Deposit and Reservation
A deposit is requested only after the following conditions are met:
approval of the application
full review of the contract
signature of the contract by both parties
No deposit is accepted prior to contract execution.
The deposit secures a position on the waitlist only and does not guarantee immediate selection of a specific puppy, unless expressly stated in the contract.
All terms related to deposits, refunds, or non refundable conditions are governed exclusively by the signed contract.
6. Puppy Selection
Puppy selection occurs at a time determined by Florida Schnauzer Melo, based on technical criteria including development, temperament, structure, and waitlist order.
Florida Schnauzer Melo reserves the right to guide or limit selections in the best interest of each puppy.
7. Puppy Placement and Pickup
Puppies are placed with their new families starting at eight weeks of age.
Placement dates may be adjusted based on individual development and veterinary recommendations.
Florida Schnauzer Melo is not responsible for delays caused by health considerations, transportation issues, weather conditions, or veterinary guidance.
8. Health and Guarantees
Puppies are placed with appropriate veterinary care, age appropriate vaccinations, and health documentation.
Any health or genetic guarantees are strictly limited to those expressly stated in the written contract.
No implied or additional guarantees are offered beyond what is contractually specified.
9. Responsibility of the Family
Upon placement, full responsibility for the puppy including care, nutrition, environment, training, veterinary follow up, and overall well being transfers entirely to the family.
Florida Schnauzer Melo is not responsible for illness, injury, damages, or behavioral issues resulting from improper care or management after placement.
